Matt Crawford is pursuing a Ph.D. in patristic exegesis and theology at Durham University.  He is a graduate of Union University (B.A.) and Southern Seminary (M.Div.).  Matt is married to Brandy and has two children, Violet and Camille.  Matt has no time for hobbies, but he is a Mac and coffee addict.  He is also the co-editor of The Lord’s Supper: Remembering and Proclaiming Christ Until He Comes (B&H, 2010).

Adam Winters is a Ph.D. student in Baptist history at Southern Seminary.  He is also a graduate of Union University (B.A.) and Southern Seminary (M.Div.).  In addition to sorting old letters in the archives department at Southern, Adam enjoys watching superhero DVDs, playing his SEGA Dreamcast to the wee hours of the morning, and exploring the infrastructure of microfilm machines.  While the rest of the authors take pride in their families, Adam takes pride in being single.  Finally, Adam considers his finest achievement in life as having received official recognition for perfect attendance for the 1st through 12th grades.

Joseph Gould serves as Associate Pastor at Farmdale Baptist Church in Frankfort, KY.  He is a graduate of Union University (B.A.) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.).  Joseph and his wife, Emily, have two sons, Austin and David.  When not working, studying, and spending time with his family, Joseph is often seen watching the Washington Redskins and NASCAR.  He also blogs on a wide range of topics at josephgould.wordpress.com.

Adam Embry is pursuing a D.Min. in biblical counseling at Southern Seminary.  He is also a graduate of Columbia International University (B.A.) and Southern Seminary (M.Div. and Th.M.).  Adam and his wife, Charlotte, have three children, Iain, Kimberlyn, and Elizabeth.   Adam serves as an Assistant Pastor at Auburndale Baptist Church, Louisville, KY.  He is the author of the booklet, Help! I Can’t Get Motivated (Day One, 2011).  He also has a nice collection of G.I. Joes saved up for Iain.
